Im thinking of getting outta blogger.com for a period of time and gettting myself a tumblr.com

Anyone has any ideas what a tumblr is besides for just blogging? Im confused but at the same time im also sick of this stupid blogspot

Why is that so?
I DUNNO.

I always have something in mind to blog about, only when I'm away from my laptop, but once i switch on this freakin old lappie of mine, my mind goes blank. Almost all the time.

Hey, its me the annoying irregular blogger! Just finished my finals but overall, it was bad

Since I'm spending a lonely night tonight, I've decided to blog bout something random!!

And guess what? My latest craze: over onscreen couples!!!

Couple No.1:

Naomi & Liam (90210)

• both make a cute pair of couple, but sad enough, stupid liam decided to break up with naomi and bla bla bla (being the usual emo kid). This left naomi getting all hurt and sigh... ended up getting raped by stupid mr cannon (the teacher perv aka teacher in disguise rapist)

• liam is currently the least I would want to watch him on tv. Thats because there might be a chance of him and annie making things work out between both of them. but BOOHOOOO... both of them can't pull it off as a new pair onscreen couple, thats for sure!
  

• to liam, if you're reading this (Of course not!): get a life! if you really want to be a guy, avoid yourself from annie, she'll probably play with your feelings, don't forget what she did to naomi in season 1, dating all of naomi's exs' and thats a bad thing to do to a friend, don't you guys think so?

• I hope Liam regrets over his actions for dumping naomi in season3 and goes thru all circumstances in getting it on with her again!

Couple No.2:

Rachel & Jesse St. James (Glee)

• Oh how i love the both of them together! I can't deny the fact that they both have pretty good chemistry together...

• Jesse's like the hottest guy on Glee, but why are all hot guys gay in real life? Geeessshhh...

• Rachel barely shuts her mouth when she's into Finn, but hey, when Jesse's her man, she's the one who will stop talking and less annoying.

• They're both pretty awesome singers and that duet of theirs... its like O-M-G (G-gosh)

• And they can dance as well :)

• I haven't watch till epi 19 but i hope rachel doesn't break up with Jesse if she ever finds out bout his initial intentions.

Couple No. 3:

Blair & Chuck (Gossip Girl)

• Oh why did they have to break up??? :(

• they're almost flawless when they're together... To be frank, i haven't watch the latest episodes of GG due to exams, and so, I don't really know whats going on between the both of them.

• Are they already together or both leading separate lives???

• Blair is like the ultimate B*Tch on GG ( i mean even better than Jenny!) but heck, she's my favorite and she's like the best gf a guy can ever ask for... !!!

Birthdays come only once a year for everyone.

I haven't been blogging about any of my birthdays for the past few years i guess... hahahaha

Am still very lazy to blog bout it, so I'll just let the pics do most of the talking.

My mates celebrated mine in a korean restaurant in sp. Im sure this place is not known to everybody cos of its "perfect" location. ZZZzzzZZZZ...

To tell you the truth, I wasn't too surprised when they chose this place for my bday dinner, one fact that you wouldn't realize bout me- I love korean food and for a change, celebrating one's bday with korean cuisines isn't a bad idea after all!!

BUT.... HAve to admit that the food wasn't enough for everyone, I didnt even get a chance to order :( Paul and BBC made the orders haha... kudos though for attempting to order for the first time :P

Me, spotting a shorter hairstyle, being the usual psychotic one who tries to tear my mouth apart...

Hey at least this year they didn't play me out like how they did last year... thanks everyone for the wonderful dinner! I'm sure most of you didnt really know how to enjoy korean food as much as I did! haha

Loathe you March!

March was a disastrous month.

It was rather an eventful one. Full of shitty things that occurred for the past few weeks.

My awful experiences:

1. My jack**s car was giving me lotsa probs.

No, I do not agree with you when you said, "Yo sis, just because you're a reckless driver doesn't mean that your car is the one to be blamed for"
Well, I wasn't the one driving tho, haha... anyways, the point is, its not any drivers fault, and its just that the road from as to sp was kinda crappy.
Think about stupid lorry drivers leaving behind their shitload of wastes that can pose a threat to any cars out there!!!

OH yea, main point is, I kinda had 3 tyres all changed in 2 weeks duration.
1st one was because of a burst tyre out of our expectation. Yea, these things happen without any reason at times.
On second week, 2nd and 3rd one were punctured due to getting lacerated by stupid metal barrel thingy left by some stupid lorry plus the plastic part which comes with my third light, hmmm... how do I put this... it was like "WHERE THE HECK DID THIS PART GO AND HOW THE HECK DID IT GO MISSING OR RATHER GOTTEN DAMAGED?!!!"
(Pssst, all these happened in one incident, and it was nerve-wrecking i tell you!!!)

Tiring and was a waste of time standing on the highway looking all helpless, thank God had my friends along. and Thank God for friends! :)

Now another problema: how am I supposed to afford a 300++ bucks of spare part to fix my car!

I AM SOOOO NOT GONNA CHANGE MY ENTIRE BONNET FOR THE PRICE OF 2k. THis is totally absurd!!



2. I totally forgot to bring along my lucky draw ticket to the prom

And guess what? I could have won myself a lucky draw prize when the number 120 was called out if I were to smart enough to bring along my ticket. But, no, I have to admit that it was just another Oh-how-forgetful days for me. Its just impossible for me to remember every single detail even for the near future. What an absent minded child. Mommy must be so ashame of me by now. Sigh... :'(



3. I think we got jinxed!

LOL... Joking.
But Pauleen got herself a fracture of the small bone of the right foot. Rather unfortunate, cos it happened just a week before the prom. Stop asking her how she fractured her bone, she has been telling it over and over again even to total strangers! everyone just seem to be soo curious about her right foot, isn't it? Poor Paul, should have asked people to treat you drinks if they wanted to hear your story, rgiht?? LOL

Don't worry, You'll do just fine! haha... Im sure being a temporary oku has its own advantages, right?



4. Resitting for basic science test

Quite an embarrassing thing to do so esp if you have to resit with your juniors, right?
*blushes away ?* No point, I don't do such girly blushes. No time for that. hhahaha

Phobia

Just got back from a friend's wedding dinner, congrats to her and hope that she'll start enjoying the life of somebody's wife.... hahaha...

Well, tired as usual, no, not from the dinner, but from the stupid al-fresco in teluk intan. Its actually somekind of a hangout spot for teens but mostly for adolescents who have got too much time to spend at home. Jokes. Its actually a place for casual meetups and have a drink or two, i mean the alcoholic way.

I wasn't too happy when i saw the crowd in alfresco. It was terribly packed with young people, especially those well equipped with cigarettes, I'm like one of the fanatics of the Anti-smokers club, this is one fact that you should know bout me. Sorry if my words are being a lil'harsh, but seriously, whats so nice bout smoking? I just don't get the point of practising such unhealthy habit. You'll only allow yourself to end up in illnesses that are potential threats to your life.

I'm not saying this to degrade smokers or what, but hey, there's one sensitive nose i'm having right now, and yea, I'll probably develop hypersensitive reaction when it comes to smoke and dust. And now you know why I hate smokers being around me. Another fun fact about your boring blogger, Ethel.

Sorry, thats not really my point, I;ll try my best not to deviate my topic this time. As you can see, I am slightly agoraphobic, especially in crowded places where awkwardness will be the first thing to come into the picture. I just hate the idea of being in a place where there's soooo many people and you think that you can hardly breathe, in which it is actually not true at all.

When I reached alfresco just now, I almost gone nuts after seeing soooooooo many people there. They already closed first floor for public and so people had to crowd outside the shop. That was sheer madness....

When I looked at the crowd, I was like "OKAY......." then I was pretty unhappy, or perhaps, alil' disgusted with the place. No, please don't get me wrong, I wasn't angry at the people or whatsoever, its just that, I just couldn't seem to feel comfortable around soooo many people, especially people I don't even know. And yes, I saw familiar faces, faces which I haven't seen for a very long time but no, I don't talk to them cos they're probably my seniors or schoolmates which I've never talked to for my entire life... It makes the situation even more awkward...

What i'm trying to say is that, public places like these ain't my type. I love hanging out with my friends, but not on big occasions where public places will be filled with people and even if I have to be in a crowded place with my friends, I just wish I don't bump into familiar faces from teluk intan... hahahahaha...

Lomolomomomo

A couple of weeks or months ago (can't exactly remember when though), I was browsing thru online blogshops and came across this particular blogshop that sells lomos and lomo accessories. Upon seeing these fancy toy cameras, I was really drawn towards the idea of owning a lomo one fine day. I mean, a lomo wouldn't cost as much as a dslr right? and besides, I believe that using a lomo to snap shots does not require any photography skills. Thus, its sooo much easier to just play with a toy camera than an expensive only-professionals-know-how-to-use dslr

Anyways, the main point is that I have finally bought a lomo that does not require any batts, its more of an analogue camera, like those invented in the 20's. Best part is that, it cost me 120 bucks for that ONLY... now thats what i call Cheap and Chic...Well, I'm not those who will fancy expensive things all the time (not to say that im a cheapo or what) so yea, I just purchased the limited edition of kumagin ultra wide lens camera from Superheadz, Japan.

My neighbor up north is darn stupid... See for yourself, how can you park your car like that in front of somebody's car? Doing something out of stupidity makes you even dumber. The last time I remembered that stupid man told us not to park at that space because he wants to park there to load or unload his things from his stupid truck.

So Mr, does that mean that you can partially take up the space in front of my gate? blocking the entrance so that I cant reverse my car outta the porch issit?
such a dumbass right?

And besides, his idiotic slutty wife also scolded my sis's friend just because she parked at the spot for maybe a day? What is wrong with her. Its not she owns that parking spot or what. and worse still, there's barely anywhere to park cars in such a small road lah...


Lately I feel like my body is gaining weight because of something that is called gluttony. Well, I wouldn't say its gluttony, its more to binge eating... hahahahaha... jokes, I mean, Come'on, Ethel= binge eater? thats like calling Einstein a Down's...

But of course to a lesser extent, not so determined like last time lo. at least last time I still took the initiative to do workouts... I WILL TRY MY VERY BEST TO CONTROL OK? Hey blog,

Sorry I haven't been updating you for such a long time... Was really busy with orthopedic posting. I still remember that I actually had to go to hospital during night time like 4 to 5 times a week. For the first few weeks of posting, life hasn't been that easy. I actually developed anticipating anxiety every morning in the hospital even before my uni lecturers arrive at the hospital.

I guess I was just being paranoid about the thought of getting scolded just like how mash potato is made... I know i know, im bad in describing something... hahaha... There in the hospital wards itself, I will actually feel nauseous and start gagging as if I am pregnant...

Anyways, after a while, i got the hang of having these lecturers messing around and finding fault with us. Oh wait, not to mention bout the amount of work they assigned us to do. I was like, " WTH, if this is the work they are expecting from us, how the heck are we supposed to have time studying??!!!"
So there goes my weeks of posting... Wasted because of the hectic workload. If only they understood, then we would have fair better in our exams... No point complaining right now, its alraedy too late.

Back to reality...

Just came back from Korean dinner in SP here for Gloria's pre-birthday celebration. I was like O-M-G, there goes my money for this week. I mean, I just came back from KL, wasted money for glasses and bus fare, then celebrated ws's birthday in Pizza Hut, tomorrow they're celebrating Gloria's birthday again with another group of friends, friday going to penang for a stroll... I'm like shitty spending money like water I tell you.... I'm such a useless child... :( being so spendthrift, not to forget I just purchased a dress online during exam period. My ma's gonna slap me if she finds out bout my spending spree...

God... lemme grow money trees so that I can continue spending like this... :)

Btw, changed my glasses of 5 years. Having 'it' around me for the past few years had since changed my vision, I was in love with it and now that I already have a new pair of glasses, I'm afraid I might have to leave it alone for few months or maybe years, occasionally I will just take it out from my glasses case to take a glimpse of it.

and besides all the other glasses didnt fit me well. I actually shortlisted down to this pair and another Vanni. But got this despite knowing that Vanni suits me better, cos... erm, the pair was so freaking small that i felt as those I was straining my nose bridge when i tried'em on

Okay, so before you read this post, warning: this post is seriously full of crap! i'm just too bored and because of the sudden cessation of my focus towards studies, and hence am typing out something soooo random that you might experience side effects like puking on your own pc, or perhaps farting out loud till your housemates scream at you, or (even better) shitting in your own pants. Okay, this is just so stupid, shall we continue with the second part?

So I was just thinking, I just don't get it. Why do some people want to get to know as many people as they can? I mean, look here, you've got some of your best mates, and yet, you're still not satisfied with the group of friends you have, whats your problem now?

I've seen some people having the 'overfamiliarity' towards people, like... like after talking to them for like 5 mins, the next topic pops out will be like " hey, lets meet next friday!" or so...

No offence for saying that, but thats just one of the few lousy examples I can provide. In my opinion, whats the point of getting to know everyone when you can't even gurantee that you can remember each and everyone of their names? like seriously... being overfriendly may be a good point, but then again, WHATS THE POINT OF KNOWING TOO MANY??!!!

You can call me an introvert, but sheesh... saying things as such doesn't mean that I have got no friends! lol... Its just that I have my own way of thinking, ain't that keen in making sooooo 'much' of friends which you would probably end up as hi-bye friends...

Instead, I'd rather enjoy having some of my close friends around, and being consistent with'em... Its not nice to lose touch with'em for a period of time when you get to know someone new, you know? To me, its the years of bonding that matters, not the company of some random guy or girl whom you think he/she is cool... That is so not me ok!!!

Okay, so you may think that I can be alil' contradicting at times, yes... it may clash with my own practice at times, but no, I still think that its not really that fun knowing soooooo many people. However sometimes under certain circumstances, we are forced to meet new people and so, I don't blame you for that! lol...

OKay, this is getting really boring...

I'm telling you something really dumb bout me! The truth is, I've never been to any nightclubs before!! haha... its not like i'm sooo interested in going, its just that, even if i go, I probably wouldn't enjoy techno or trance music... I'm just another regular jazz fan, so yea, if you want me to listen to this load of crap, I'd probably jump of the bridge! Okay, so pop music's not that bad after all... heh heh heh...

I remember when we were having our hols in redang, my friends literally attempted to make me dance on the dancefloor with'em! Come'on people, like I've said, I've never even been to a club, what makes you think that I will dance in public.... oH yea, I guess I'm talking shit again, now i remember... I've actually danced in public before! like say in a church event or perhaps when i was in kindergarten, so do they count?

If you are able to make me dance in nightclubs, I will probably congratulate you for having such a great achievement!

Here it Goes again

I heard that Man Utd is gonna have another match here in m'sia again.. after what happened in Indon few days ago... Hopefully its not just a rumor...(for'em m'sian fans)

Monte's has been renovated and is now open in Bangsar Shopping Center... very different concept from the old one... however, the prices are still the same, pricey as usual...

Well, I've been pretty upset with something, I just dont know whether people are being stupid not to notice or just being ignorant on purpose... It's really frustrating when you're being taken advantage of, and its no fun being the victim yourself... :(

I just wish I can settle this problemo ASAP, and I seriously mean it when I said SOON...

I love my current hair color... but my roots are growing soooo fast, that my hair looks as though its of two toned... right now I'm just too broke to dye my roots, and seeing that I'm in such circumstances, my dreams of getting a pair of wedges will have to be put on hold first...

I'm really tired of driving after so much of driving during my district posting... gosh... I just wish someone will just come forward and tell me, "hey, Please do let me drive you around...."

After so much of ranting, I still don't feel good about things... hahhaaha... I'm soooo gonna tuck myself in bed right now and pray that everything will be alright...!!!

sorry for the long hiatus ... finally have completed my 3rd year! THough didn't pass my exams with first class honors, but its ok... cos noone ever give a crap about how well you do in medicine! As long as you pass, then you're considered OKAY....

No, i wasn't refraining myself from blogging, I was basically soooo busy till i had very little time to sleep during study week. The only thing that I enjoyed doing during exam period was online shopping.. If you're a girl, you would definitely wanna consider trying it out. however, if you're not careful, you'll probably waste a shit load of money on a shitty load of unnecessary stuffs... For me, its just another stress-releasing activity. For now, I'm sooo broke that I can't crap money outta my ass anymore.. :( (Esp during this district posting of mine)

The trip to Redang with my high school buddies was a fun one, though we weren't as crazy as my friend's imu batchmates, yet their company was seriously much more worth it. We all haven't been able to meet up and all because of different class schedules and more... Thank God we all managed to put aside those stupid hindrances and go for the trip.

I'm just so lazy to blog...

Wat i really want to say is that... All the best Chui Yen, hope you'll have fun studying in Liverpool.. PLease say hi to Gerrard and Torres for me... we all will definitely miss you, and hope that you will return to msia every year for the love of your loved ones... haha

Losing My Tummy Fats 1

Well, I was right about myself...




I actually have a tiny lil'task to do, that is to lose tummy fats and also to lose those flabs around my arms!!!





Sad to say, yesterday was more like the first time of me doing some jogs in like a years time!!!





Geeshh... can you imagine how unhealthy life I was living in previously with all that carbs entering into my mouth and then accumulating around my arms and abdomen??!!! Oh gosh... I better be sure to be consistent in this so-called losing fat programme of mine...

Eating right -

• get yourself commited to healthy eating habits, split your previous 3meals a day to a 6meals a day plan. Of course, by doing so, you will also have to switch to a smaller portion of food intake.


• If possible, cut down on those carbs-rich food like ice cream, snacks and so forth... Your conscience knows what's best for your body, i guess?


• Try to switch to whole grain and also brown rice instead of white rice


• Eat more fruits and cut down on those diabetic-fied soda drinks.... unless you're unhappy with life and would like to end it PEACEFULLY by making yourself diabetic... haha

I mean, I'm still young and living the life I am quite satisfied with, yet if eating right means getting on with a healthy diet programme, it is equivalent to killing oneself!

Seriously, who wants to eat right when you can have all that junkfood all to yourself without mommy nagging about your unhealthy eating habits huh?!!

Cardio Exercise-

• Tell me, when was the last time you did some cardio exercise? Jogs are seriously pretty good for a proper cardio exercise in a super unexpensive way


• And if you ain't considering it to be on your list-to-do, then try going for some fast pace walk down the park


• But if you're love hitting the gym, try the threadmill, or the elliptical trainers. And when you get bored of these, try out the stationary bikes


• You're doing this knowing that cardio exercises can help to increase heart rate and it also helps your heart to pump better, therefore better stroke volume and increase in your body metabolism


• To sum it up, it helps to burn up the calories and aids in losing body weight


• However as for people like me who don't have that much of a stamina, you can actually try jogging for 5 mins, then sprint for 2mins, then jog again for 5mins and this goes on till you reach the threshold of your strength capacity


• (which simply means try to keep it less than an hour.. HAH! and you think its easy???

Yea right, as though I'm soooo gonna stick to this plan. How I can possibly take this shit seriously??? I don't even have time to sleep and yet I'm talking bout some cardio exercises???!!! Pfftttt... I must be kidding myself.... Okay, maybe I will try to sleep less and perhaps do some jogs or you can even call it walks for 3times a week.

Abdominal Exercise -

• Basically your ab is divided into three component: upper abs, lower abs and yoru oblique muscles


• Each component has its own different exercise
  

1. Best upper abs exercise: Basic Crunch

2. Best lower abs exercise: Reverse Crunch

3. Best obliques exercise: Oblique Crunch

To tell you the truth, I got no comments about this, I haven't even try it out myself, so I will only say something after I done each and every of this abs workout. So far, I've done only the basic crunches larrr... Convince yourself that you do this because you wanna tone your abdominal muscles and would love to see a linea alba across your upper abs, wouldn't it be nice if my linea alba isn't being covered up by my stubborn fat? And don't you hate it when your stomach bloats up everytime after you take your meal? Thats why you need to tone up your muscles straightaway!!!!

What The Heck Am I Trying to say!???

I've always wanted to shop online but then again, don't know is it me or is it my intuition telling me that I just can't trust online shopping, not to mention I kinda screwed up my deal with some online shopping blog once, hhehehehe... contacting that person in charge and ALMOST banked in my money, yet failed to do it at last... Shopping online for clothes has always been easy, for almost everyone, but then what gets on my nerves is that I just can't try on the clothes before purchasing them, so this is quite a frus to me...

So yea, Ai Leng is an expert in academics and most importantly, she's even better when it comes to shopping online for clothes! WTH... If she can get the best bargains thru whatever online shops, why can't I?

Of course there'll be pros and cons just by shopping online lar, I mean, people who aren't brand conscious yet they're particular conscious about fashion will definitely dig this newfound hobby; on the other hand, people who seriously only consider branded goods will of course drop the idea of getting things online unless they come across some online shops that sells authentic stuffs at lower price as compared to getting it somewhere in places like Pavilion or so.

I think I can shoot myself dead now cos I'm not any of those categories, I am just merely a person who experiences wardrobe malfunctions every now and then, and if i don't get serious considering my style of fashion or even thinking about going online shopping, then you can regard me as a geekkkkk... LIKE SERIOUSLY!
